- Nationality
- Legal status and country of incorporation (if the applicant is a company)
Specimen of the Mark
15 (Fifteen) Specimen of the Mark. [If soft copy is available; please send it by e-mail on info@parkerip.com
Specification of Goods and/or Services
The total number of characters in the specification of goods and/or services. If the specification of goods and/or services exceeds 500, additional fee must be paid.
User
The law requires the applicant to specify whether the Mark is use in India. If in use, then the date of first use is required to be specified. [Proof of the First Use. i. e. Copy of Invoice]
Priority details
Priority can be claimed if the basic application is filed within 6 months from the date of filing of the basic application in India. We require the followings details to claim the priority:
- Priority Country
- Priority Application Number
- Priority Date
- Certified Priority Document. [If the Certified Priority Document is in other language then Verified English translation must be required].
Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is required to be filed for registration, if it is being filed through an Attorney; as per the draft attached. There is No Legalization or Notarization Required in Power of Attorney.
